Job Description:-

  • MBA from top B schools
  • Someone who has done Land acquisition transactions has strong Industry connect/local market Knowledge for NCR (is crucial), connect with Brokers/IPC's/ Developers/Landowners
  • Must have an understanding of development laws in NCR and must be able to do Financial Feasibility (P&L)
  • Conducted locations studies to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Understands various partnership models for Land tie up - JV/JD/DM etc along with risks associated with each one of those Broad Legal understanding to understand the basic title of the Property
  • Feasibility studies for market expansion, product, pricing, sales velocity estimations studies, market trend analysis.
  • Able to provide strategic counsel.

  •         Analytical with good business acumen
  •         A go-getter, ambitions, proactive.
  •         Effective communication skills

Salary:-  25 to 40 Lacs

Project location:- Gurgaon, Haryana

Work experience:- 8 to 12 years
