Customer Care Executive
MakeMyDelivery is an educational online portal which is helping out students and professionals in their studies and professional career.
We need 5 customer care staff for handling calls and Emails.
- Following would be the key responsibility.
- The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive would be Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Calling to a prospective customer for the promotion of our product.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Candidate should have following things:-
- Good communications skills
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle the pressure
- Writing skills on E-mails
Experience:- 1-4 years
Salary:- 12k to 15 k
