Gurgaon, Noida, Jaipur, Indore, Ahmedabad, Chandiagarh, Lucknow, Patna, Bengaluru,
Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Kolkata. This is India’s only real estate organisation that is
completely managed by a board of professional directors. This is the only company in the real
estate industry which is offering customized solutions to 5000 corporate clients in more
than 300 cities.
Our client is looking for a candidate for the profile of Business Development.
Experience – 4 to 10 years
Salary - not a bar for the right candidate
- Generating leads
- Fixing meeting with the client for their requirement
- Meeting client and understating their requirement and then passing to sales team.
- Maintain and provide strength to company’s brand position.
- Generate new clients
- Meeting with clients to understand their brand/ business expansion plan.
- Coordinate with survey team for proposals of required locations accordingly.
- Follow up with team for feedback on given leads.
- Gathering information about new upcoming malls and existing malls in India for leasing opportunity through online BD or online portals.
- Coordinating with design team for designing new property flyer.
- Update the clients about new properties and new transactions via mails.
