• Handle sales for upcoming residential / Commercial projects.
• Maintaining strong relationship with different brokers in the region to ensure sales.
• Visit potential customer for business
• Provide customers with quotations
• Take Prospects for Site visits in Residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the
• Ensure that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with at all touch-points.
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
• identify new markets and business opportunities
• Record sales and send copies to sales office
• Review your own sales performance.Demonstration of project to the clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
• Pleasing personality with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of principles and method for promotions and selling residential products to High
Income Individuals / Channel Partners and corporate.
• Good in development of sales strategies, product promotions & sales techniques.
• A minimum of 3-8 years’ experience in residential / commercials properties in direct / Channels
sales is mandatory.
